Betting & Gameplay Rules
General Principles
- Personal, non-commercial use: All betting and gameplay must be for your own personal entertainment. Use of your Account for commercial, professional, or arbitrage purposes, or for the benefit of third parties, is prohibited.
- Game rules: Each game or betting market may have specific rules, payout structures, and special conditions. By placing a Bet, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules as presented on the Website.
- RNG fairness: Casino and live games are provided using random number generators or live dealer mechanisms designed to ensure fairness in line with regulatory standards. Results generated by the game systems are final and binding, subject to the error and malfunction rules below.
Placing Bets
- Bet confirmation: A Bet is deemed placed and accepted only after it has been received and recorded by the Operator's servers and appears in your betting history or game transaction log. If a discrepancy exists between your device display and the Operator's server records, the server records prevail.
- Minimum and maximum stakes: Each game or betting market is subject to minimum and maximum stake limits. These limits are displayed on the Website and may be changed at any time at the Operator's discretion, subject to Applicable Law.
- Bet validity: You must have sufficient available real-money or eligible Bonus balance to cover the full amount of any Bet placed. If your balance is insufficient, the Bet will not be accepted.
- Time and location: Bets will be accepted only while the relevant betting market is open and only if you are physically located in a permitted jurisdiction within Canada at the time of placing the Bet, as determined through geolocation or other controls.
Cancellation, Modification, and Errors
- User cancellations: Once a Bet has been placed and confirmed, you may not cancel or modify it unless such cancellation or modification is explicitly offered by the relevant game or market (for example, "cash out" features), and then only under the conditions displayed.
- Operator corrections: The Operator may void, adjust, or cancel Bets where:
- a manifest error or obvious mistake in odds, lines, or game configuration is identified;
- the outcome of an event was known or should reasonably have been known at the time the Bet was accepted;
- a technical malfunction (including RNG malfunction) affected the correct outcome or settlement of a Bet; or
- fraud, collusion, or breach of these Terms is suspected.
- Void bets: Where a Bet is declared void, the stake will normally be returned to your real-money balance. If the void relates to a Bonus Bet, the stake may be returned to your Bonus balance or removed, depending on the specific Bonus terms.
Live Casino, Chats, and Conduct
- Behaviour standards: You must behave respectfully in all interactions with staff and other players, including in live casino chat rooms and any in-game communication channels. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:
- insults, threats, harassment, or hate speech;
- use of obscene, defamatory, or offensive language;
- sharing of personal data of others; and
- advocacy of illegal activity, discrimination, or violence.
- Fraud and collusion: Any attempt to cheat, collude with other players, manipulate game outcomes, exploit technical vulnerabilities, or use automated systems (bots) is prohibited. The Operator may:
- void affected Bets and confiscate related winnings where permitted by law;
- suspend or close your Account; and
- report suspected misconduct to regulators, law enforcement, and relevant third parties.
- Responsible gambling: Tools such as deposit limits, loss limits, time-outs, and self-exclusion may be made available on bet99-win.ca in line with AGCO, iGO, and KGC expectations. You are encouraged to use these tools and to seek support if gambling ceases to be enjoyable or becomes problematic.
Bonus Terms
Eligibility and Activation
- One-person-one-account: Bonuses are offered on a strictly one-per-person, per household, per IP address, and per device basis unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion.
- Activation: To activate a Bonus, you may be required to:
- enter a bonus code;
- opt in within the promotions area; or
- meet a minimum deposit requirement within a stated period.
- Geographic and regulatory limits: Certain Bonuses may be available only to Ontario Players or only to Rest-of-Canada Players, depending on regulatory requirements. The Website will indicate any such limitations.
Wagering Requirements and Timeframes
- Wagering: Unless otherwise stated, Bonus funds and any winnings derived from them are subject to wagering requirements (for example, 25x the Bonus amount) before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable multiplier and eligible games will be specified for each promotion.
- Contribution weighting: Different games may contribute differently toward wagering requirements. For example:
- slots: up to 100% of each wager;
- table games and live casino: a lower percentage or 0%, depending on the promotion; and
- certain low-risk or excluded games: 0%.
- Time limits: Bonus offers typically have expiry periods (for example, 7 - 30 days) during which wagering requirements must be met. If the requirements are not fulfilled within the specified period, the Bonus and associated winnings may expire and be removed from your Account.
Prohibited Actions and Bonus Abuse
- Prohibited play: To protect the integrity of promotions, the Operator may treat the following as Bonus abuse, and may void Bonuses and associated winnings where such patterns are identified:
- placing large bets relative to the Bonus size and then reducing the bet size after a significant win;
- placing equal, zero-risk, or low-margin bets (e.g., betting on all outcomes of the same event) to clear wagering requirements;
- colluding with other players to exploit Bonuses; or
- creating multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion repeatedly.
- Misuse consequences: In cases of suspected Bonus abuse or breach of promotional terms, the Operator may:
- remove Bonus funds and associated winnings;
- void relevant Bets;
- close or restrict the Account; and
- report the matter to regulators where required.
Combining Promotions
- Non-cumulative promotions: Unless expressly allowed, Bonuses cannot be combined. Only one active Bonus may apply to a given deposit or Bet at any time.
- Priority of application: Where multiple promotions could theoretically apply, the Operator will decide which Bonus is applied first, and this decision will be final.
- Bonus balance vs. cash balance: The order in which your Bonus balance and real-money balance are used for Bets, and the resulting treatment of winnings, will be described in the specific promotional terms and in the general bonus rules on bet99-win.ca.
Payments & Withdrawals
Deposit Methods and Limits
- Accepted methods: Subject to your location and regulatory constraints, deposits may be available via:
- credit and debit cards;
- Interac and other bank transfer systems commonly used in Canada;
- selected e-wallets and payment service providers; and
- in certain non-Ontario jurisdictions, cryptocurrencies or crypto-related payment solutions, where permitted by law and by the Operator's policies.
- Minimum and maximum amounts: Each payment method has minimum and maximum deposit limits per transaction and per day, week, or month. These limits may change over time and will be displayed on the Website.
- Fees: The Operator may absorb or pass on reasonable processing fees. Any fees charged by the Operator will be disclosed at the time of the transaction. Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may charge additional fees, which are your responsibility.
Withdrawals
- Verification: Before processing withdrawals, the Operator may require completion of KYC and AML checks. Failure to comply may delay or prevent withdrawal.
- Method of withdrawal: Where possible and permitted by Applicable Law and payment provider rules, withdrawals will be made via the same method used for deposit ("closed-loop policy"). If this is not possible, alternative approved methods may be offered.
- Processing times: The Operator aims to review and process withdrawal requests within a reasonable period (for example, within 1 - 3 business days). Actual receipt times depend on your bank or payment provider and may take longer.
- Limits: Maximum withdrawal limits per transaction and per period may apply, subject to regulatory requirements and your player status. High-value withdrawals may require additional verification.
Refunds, Chargebacks, and Player Funds Protection
- Refunds: Deposits are generally non-refundable once used for betting or gaming. The Operator may, at its reasonable discretion and subject to AML rules, consider refund requests for unused deposits. Bonus funds are not refundable.
- Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal without a valid legal basis is a breach of these Terms. In such cases, the Operator may:
- close or suspend your Account;
- recover any funds or costs associated with the chargeback; and
- report the incident to payment providers and regulators.
- Segregation of player funds: In line with regulatory expectations (including those of iGaming Ontario), the Operator maintains arrangements designed to ensure that player funds are appropriately safeguarded and segregated from operational funds, to the extent required by Applicable Law.
- Void bets and cancelled events: If a Bet is voided (for example, due to event cancellation or technical error), the stake will typically be returned to your balance. If the stake was made using Bonus funds, the Bonus rules apply.
Limitation of Liability
Operator's Obligations
- Fairness and accuracy: The Operator uses reasonable care and skill to operate the Website, to ensure that game outcomes are produced fairly according to the relevant rules and RNG systems, and to settle Bets accurately based on official results and game rules.
- Regulatory compliance: The Operator operates under authorization from AGCO and iGO for Ontario Players and under a KGC permit for Rest-of-Canada Players, and it endeavours to comply with all applicable regulatory requirements, including those related to responsible gambling, AML, and player fund protections.
Exclusions of Liability
- No guarantee of uninterrupted service: The Website and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The Operator does not guarantee that access will be uninterrupted or error-free and is not liable for:
- internet or network failures, latency, or interruptions;
- device, hardware, or software malfunctions on your side;
- third-party service outages (for example, payment providers); or
- force majeure events such as natural disasters, strikes, or regulatory actions beyond its reasonable control.

Liability Cap
- Maximum compensation: Subject to mandatory statutory rights that cannot be excluded, the Operator's total aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with any Bet, game, or transaction is limited to the amount of the stake or Bet placed giving rise to the relevant claim.

Privacy & Data Protection

- Applicable privacy laws: The Operator processes personal data in accordance with Applicable Law, which may include the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and relevant provincial privacy legislation, as well as regulatory requirements of AGCO, iGO, and KGC.
- Your responsibilities: You must ensure that all information you provide is accurate and that you keep your Account credentials secure. You are responsible for any activity carried out through your Account until you notify the Operator of suspected misuse and such misuse is confirmed.
